The process was easy and fast straightforward

Not a good experience, I had several different people reaching out to me on my inquiry about the car yet. Once I got in touch with my assigned sales person, he never called me back and made me refill in the information online. I ended up canceling the process and went with a different dealership. Overall, poor customer experience and a very unorganized system.

Went to go look at the car and it had massive hail damage. They said “it’s listed online” no where in the description did it mention the damage. When asked about it they said “we can look into fixing it”.

If I could leave a no star I would. Salesperson was nice. But the truck wasn’t there after setting up an appointment, them confirming it was available. 4 times, once even after I was inside the building. Bait and switch!

Everyone was helpful. Finance person was not straight forward, finance people do what finance people do try to get you to commit to higher payments than necessary. After refusing to do deal they always somehow pull their/a “rabbit” out of the hat and tell you how much effort they had to do to get the deal done. This such a boring and tired way of doing business. He was the only glitch in the deal.

Contacted them for a truck and didn't get back to me 3 days later. I found another one during that time at a different dealer where it took minutes to get information on the truck I purchased
