Drove hour and a half to look at truck on their lot.. Decided I wanted to buy, asked for 8-10 k trade in value on my 2015 Ford F150 xl 2wd 112k, owner said he didn't want my trade. Didn't do the deal. Drove all the way back home. Not a great experience.

My wife and I test drove this vehicle on a Sunday evening. We went home to talk about it and on Monday decided to purchase it, called the sales woman and they accepted our offer. Due to work circumstances we could not get back to the dealership until five days later, and asked to have them hold it with a deposit and knowledge we intended to pay the full amount on pick up. Anyway,… that was too much of a deal breaker for them. They refused to hold it beyond 24 hours, telling us to call back on Friday and if it was still there then they would hold it until Saturday. This would have been the perfect car for out graduating college student daughter, and it was the first on we looked at. Instead we have opted to expand our search and Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue will not be on our list of places to consider.

The salesman Dong and manager are very professional friendly and enthusiastic.Their serious and responsible work attitude is impressive.

Quick response and very helpful with their reply. But I did not get the chance to purchase the vehicle. I advised them that they should go ahead in case someone else has an interest.

We arrived for a test drive, only to find the car had just sold. We spoke to them 1 hour before we arrived and they didn't mention another buyer. We wasted an hour driving in heavy traffic. Would have appreciated a phone call or heads up that it might not be worth the drive.
