Andrei was so easy to work with to the extent that I enjoyed his company and chatting with him through the process. I'm very happy with my purchase and the cost offered from EuroTech. I highly recommend buying from this dealer, the loan situation might be tricky, but I was able to get a personal loan. Also, the warranty that was offered for free was extremely fair and the addition warranty I chose to add on is a highly rated company and a very reasonable price.

Sarib was nice but the manager would rather lose a deal that was already done by refusing to change the brakes on the car. Brakes that are clearly visible bad.

Due to being upside down could not get vehicle sales GM was great talked to me knowing full well that I could not get vehicle if this the way they treat customers then I would not hesitate to do business with them

Dealer called me to try and get me in the door, I explained that I was 2.5 hours away and wanted to negotiate tentative terms regarding price and my trade-in. The rep said she'd "see" if she could get a salesman to call me back. Guess they didn't want my money.

Although I did end up purchasing my vehicle, my experience at this dealership was far from what I would expect when making such a significant investment. I spent nearly six hours at the dealership, and throughout that time, the process felt disorganized and misleading. What made it more frustrating was that we had been in contact for over a week prior to my visit. I had an appointment, yet when I arrived I waited about a half hour until he could meet with me. The salesperson was fully aware of the exact car I wanted, my price expectations, and my readiness to buy. Yet, when I arrived, I felt disregarded and as though my time was not valued. While I am pleased with my vehicle, I would caution others to think twice about doing business here. Transparency and respect should never feel optional in a dealership experience.
