The only reason I didn't give this dealership a 1 is because their communication was always prompt from my original request to other questions that I had regarding the vehicle. However, once I had some suggestions about their original purchase proposal that included added fees that they tacked on, to my trade-in, to finance, they completely stopped all communication. When I followed-up with them, my response was "we're still looking into your questions and proposed deal". I can only assume that they didn't appreciate me being pro-active about what my financing would look like based on their original offer and what I know about my trade-in and financing options.
