The prices shown on CarGurus and other websites were not real. The car was listed at $37k, but when I arrived to buy it with cash, the price jumped to over $53k. They added $2,500 for shipping, a $1,000 dealer fee, and other charges, ending at $53k with taxes included. I expected about $41k–$45k total with taxes, plates, and registration. What I didn’t like is that the salespeople didn’t even know the real price—only someone inside the office did. I don’t mind paying the real price, but they should publish it honestly. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for nothing.

The whole process from beginning to end is typical of buying a truck. The only hiccup was the truck had a recall that prevented us driving it home. We did eventually get it Friday (purchased Monday). Overall a very pleasant experience.

Buyers, please be aware of the unprofessionalism of this dealership. After I arrived from a 2 hour drive, the vehicle was completely under snow. This is after a confirmed appt in which I was told I could test drive the car. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain bad business.

Honestly I wouldn’t deal with them, I called about four times for them to run my credit and see if I was above waters, they don’t communicate, they don’t reach out so you’d always have to reach out which I understand they get busy around tax season, but at the end of the day you could at least give a call back, they’ll say they will reach out but never do, honestly if you’re upstate looking at this car business don’t deal with them because they don’t reach back out.

The book value of the vehicle $6500 the car was listed for $7900, when we spoke about the realistic of the pricing the owner told us he needs to eat food. The had missing parts from the fog light, when asked to adjust the price owner refuse to change price on vehicle, after walking away from the bargaining table, we were called to return to so they can work a offer with us, we never return it was frustrating trying to workout a deal. So we did not return.
