Inconsistent communication. I’d hear from someone and they would blow up my phone for 1 day then nothing. I ended up having to re-verify I was interested in the car. Then someone else contacted me. Then nothing again after 1 day. My concerns about price or the lemon law alert were not addressed and zero room giving on price. Not impressed at all. This place must be a ton of young kids, given a ‘book’ of answers and then told good luck.

Tried to work deal told them I was 500 miles away . Salesman said would get back to me in two hours. Received text on Sunday letting me know they were closed but I was most important customer several phone calls and asking to speak with sales manager over course I determined they really were not interested in selling me a vehicle. Oh and it was listed on guru 42215.00. Including dealer fees. They said some crap about they do not know why it said that

Kal is one of the best. He got me in my car, with some modifications made in less than a day. Transparent and great people.

I would say overall the communication was great. However I thought the price was a bit high for a vehicle that's 16 years old with almost 100,000 miles on it. I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle but not at that price with the mileage that it has.
