After I responded to Torre through Car Gurus regarding the truck, I was contacted by a Torre representative who sent me a message acknowledging my interested. The message explained that if I were still interested, much of the process could be covered over the phone. I agreed, so Joel Romero, the representative, phoned me. We discussed the price of the vehicle and the value of my trade-in vehicle over the phone, I was pleased enough at that point to drive the 50 miles from my home to the dealership. Joel asked me to test-drive the truck and it was everything I wanted. We fine-tuned the figures, which ended up with a little more for my trade-in since it was so clean and in such good condition. The next step was the payment and paperwork. I was introduced to Mario, who fully explained all the required forms that needed signatures, and I drove my newly bought truck home. This entire experience was the most pleasant I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle at a dealership.

Dave responded very quickly and gave me added information on the car. I did purchase it and it was a great experience. Not a high-pressure salesman, didn't try to sell me anything else. Refreshing to work with someone you can trust. Most dealers attempt to sell you protection packages, theft deterrent packages and everything else under the sun and adding it to the advertised price of the car. very disappointed. I was told via text to make an appointment but upon arrival none of the sales people knew I was coming and did not have my price range or car advertised. Poor service.
