Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it down to the dealership to see this vehicle, but Mr Sam, kept in communication via text of their inventory and was updating me on every car that was available. They responded quickly. Sales staff was nice. I thought they had the vehicle priced over market, but they didn't want to budge on price and told me there was no wiggle room because it was a "certified" used car and they only carry great cars compared to other dealers. Told them to call me if they changed their mind on price. They didn't change their mind but called me anyway. A few days later, the price dropped $2000 and within market range, which is what I told them, but they didn't want to move, which is their choice. Ultimately, I bought a car elsewhere at market price. Staff were nice and respectful, but I think the dealer is overpriced compared to others.
