INFINITI dealerships near me (South Pasadena, CA)

This dealer sucks. I talk to the salesman made an appointment to come down on Saturday. Drove over an hour to get there. They didn’t even wanna budge a dime on the price. They pretty much told me this is the price take it or leave it see you have a good day. the next day they drop the price $3000 Avoid this dealership.

The gentleman I was working with emailed me in a timely manner. Answered all my questions. I did not purchase the vehicle because it was a bit out of my price range. Customer service was excellent.

I went to the dealership and they couldn’t find the keys to the car that they said they had available. It felt like they dismissed me as a buyer from the minute I stepped on the lot. There was a comparable model on the lot that they never mentioned that I would have been interested in. I was very disappointed in the service I received. There was also zero follow up the next day in which the car they couldn’t find the keys for magically sold the day after I was there.
