The way it worked out was better for us. Chris, even though called upon short notice, had an encyclopedic knowledge of every feature of the vehicle in which we were interested. He gave a master class in car geek. We were ready to buy when we entered the store and sat down with the finance guy. We gave him a cash offer. He was shocked that our offer was so low. After all we didn't account for the 15% mandatory detailing charge. This charge was not mentioned anywhere before that time. Guess we were just supposed to know it. Needless to say we didn't buy the car but I hope they give Chris a raise. He is worth every penny. The two stars is an average. Five for the salesman. Minus one for the finance guy. "
