"Saw a vehicle online on a Friday. Made a deposit over the phone with the finance manager. He wanted $2k to hold the vehicle for Monday. I called the salesperson Monday to cancel. Told him the trunk space was too small after all. Salesperson tried to get me to look at other vehicles. When I told him I wanted my credit card refunded he stated that I had to come to the dealership in person to obtain a credit to my credit card. I told him it was ridiculous that I had to drive almost 5 hours to have them credit my credit card. He said it was company policy. After several emails back and forth, the salesperson finally said give me your credit card and CVV number and I’ll see what I can do. I was not at all comfortable with that. I decided to go though my credit card company to get resolution. Didn’t appreciate the dealership holding my deposit hostage. Beware!!!"

"Worst car buying experience ever. If you deal with these guys you will likely regret it. Car was presented with a clean CarFax. Front end damage was noted. They said they would make it right. They did not. Paint was done by a child and structural damage was not resolved. Cost $1300 out of pocket for me to fix it. Buyer beware of these clowns."
