Hyundai dealerships near me (Tulsa, OK)

First off, the discount they advertised is labeled as a dealer discount. But it contains, as far as I know, only rebates which are obviously not a dealer discount. I say as far as I know because after multiple attempts to get a detailed description of what this “dealer discount” constituted I still do not know because I was ignored by more than one person. They were not rude at all, but definitely trying to be deceptive with their pricing model. As this is the only experience I’ve had with this dealer, I can’t speak of the entire experience as a whole, but this is a very bad start. If you choose to do business here I would warn you to keep your guard up and do your research beforehand.

Purdy had a price advertised on its website for this used truck. I confirmed the price and the dealer fees before driving 4 hours to the dealership. After I test drove the truck, they raised the price by nearly $3,500 over the amount listed on the website. We left in anger and frustration over this deception. They claimed it was just part of doing business in the car industry. Sorry, but I am not in the business of giving money to liars. Bought a truck from another dealer instead. The second dealer honored the price listed on their website. No attempt at deception at that dealership. I would never go back to Purdy. Buyer beware.

Got preapproved only to get there and forced to wait most of the day on Saturday while they tried to figure it out. Said they would work it out and let me know either way no later than Tuesday, April 22nd and I am still waiting on an update. I will NEVER do business with this dealership even if they were giving away free cars. Very unorganized, unprofessional and just plan rude but that is just my opinion
