Hyundai dealerships near me (Tulsa, OK)

Was told the only way to get the sales price was to finance the vehicle. When I said I didn’t want to finance, nobody contacted me about the car again.

I had an average experience. The day I was in to take delivery it wasn’t ready at the time I was told. I waited several hours. I think the persons responsible for that procedure were not informed or the detailing crew was shorthanded. I was NOT happy about having to wait from 11:15 a.m until about 3:30. I would trust this is not a regular occurrence. Other Customers came and went while I waited. When I got the FOB to drive it home it still didn’t look like anything had been done. It was a disappointing experience.

Got preapproved only to get there and forced to wait most of the day on Saturday while they tried to figure it out. Said they would work it out and let me know either way no later than Tuesday, April 22nd and I am still waiting on an update. I will NEVER do business with this dealership even if they were giving away free cars. Very unorganized, unprofessional and just plan rude but that is just my opinion
