Hyundai dealerships near me (Tulsa, OK)

Utilized the automated CarGurus process and it acted like I just had a few steps left. The dealer took a day plus to find the package. Then they took a bit to find the financing application. Then they disagreed with the terms of the deal and typical of a dealer- switched what they would give me and were opaque with the terms of the deal. Overall, not a smooth process like CarGurus seems to indicate- they couldn't find my deal, couldn't find my financing, lowered my vehicle value 3k, and then jacked with the price of the vehicle without telling me while showing the price in my deal $1,500 higher than what the new listing was (midstream). Overall- terrible experience which is par for most car dealers.

The car I went to see was in for repairs and couldn't physically see it

Got preapproved only to get there and forced to wait most of the day on Saturday while they tried to figure it out. Said they would work it out and let me know either way no later than Tuesday, April 22nd and I am still waiting on an update. I will NEVER do business with this dealership even if they were giving away free cars. Very unorganized, unprofessional and just plan rude but that is just my opinion
