Talked to sells rep was informed that this vehicle was sold already. Sells rep went out her way to try and find me something else but was nothing that really caught my attention but they have great customer service.

Staff overall was professional. I received a detailed out the door price but after two hours of them trying to sell overpriced add-ons, they increased the total price by $211. They said this was a fee they missed because it was an out of state titling fee. I tried to resolve the difference at the dealer but the management team would not negotiate and blamed the discrepancy on the salesperson. I complained to the GM who apologized and refunded me the $211 dollars.

Lamar was great he sent me a video of the car and it definitely made me want to go in person. They were very friendly and made me feel at home. I did purchase the vehicle and I’m in love. Thank you Southern hyundai and Lamar!
