Since then the dealership has raised the price on one of the cars by 10% and the only communication I have had from the salesperson is an email that "they are real busy right now". It was actually great. Me and my wife were dreading going to a dealership. Everything went great and Ruby Chu was excellent. From the cell to the financing everything went fast and smooth.

Your photographer needs to not photoshop/filter your photos. Car looked in excellent shape in photos but less then fair shape in real life.

Over text message to a salesman I asked for an itemized price sheet to see the out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in which was listed for around $31000. I live a 2 hour and 15 minute drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to know how much the true cost of the vehicle would be before I made the trip. About 6 hrs after I sent the text the salesman text back, “The out the door price is easy to calculate.” Then wrote the price which I don’t remember exactly but it was above $40,000 for the vehicle. So somehow this person made the vehicle an, “easy” $9000 more than the listed price, and never sent me an itemized price sheet. How ridiculous is this?
