It was actually great. Me and my wife were dreading going to a dealership. Everything went great and Ruby Chu was excellent. From the cell to the financing everything went fast and smooth.

There was very little transparency in their pricing. The vehicle was advertised for $34,450, but at the end they added $3,103 in mandatory charges for service and protection plans. In reality, the vehicle price was $37,553, not the advertised price. I also experienced significant resistance when I asked for an itemized breakdown of the fees. It should not be difficult for a customer to understand exactly what they are being charged for.

We are still in the process of getting the car. The 2007 Hyundai we are looking at looks and drives nice but when we went to the bank they said it was blue booked at only $3000, so we have to see if we can get it for less. I will return and let you guys know what happens but so far they have been nice.

The salesman was great. The finance department were not on the same page. Completely wasted my time. Mileage listed on the website did not match actual miles on the vehicle. Overall experience was not good at this dealership. Very disappointed because I did want to purchase a vehicle.

The salesman try to find what is the price in my mind to pay and the price already was on cargurus 27k.. then he asked how much I want to pay / month I told him give me ur offer for lease # / month and financing with and without down payment option he asked me to visit the dealership and test drive the car I told him that after I get a reasonable offer I will but without transparent applicable numbers for both of us then it’s waste of time.. he never called me after that so no deal.

Over text message to a salesman I asked for an itemized price sheet to see the out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in which was listed for around $31000. I live a 2 hour and 15 minute drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to know how much the true cost of the vehicle would be before I made the trip. About 6 hrs after I sent the text the salesman text back, “The out the door price is easy to calculate.” Then wrote the price which I don’t remember exactly but it was above $40,000 for the vehicle. So somehow this person made the vehicle an, “easy” $9000 more than the listed price, and never sent me an itemized price sheet. How ridiculous is this?
