Went in for a car priced at $12k and was interested in purchasing. Sales associate presented numbers to me that wanted to me pay over $18k. Complete waste of time and scam. Save your time.

Sales staff was very friendly and welcoming. Did not try to up sell by being pushy. My Sales rep had been at this dealership for more than eleven years. Very impressed for her longevity which says a lot of how a dealership thinks of it's people. I would highly recommend this dealership to others

I called and talked a sale-rep regarding of 2023 Lexus. We talked the price over the phone then she told me that her sale manager would call, text and email me back later in the afternoon. So guess what? It wasn’t. The next day I called back and requested to talk to the same sale-rep, she promised me on the second day that her sale manager will contact shortly (same day). So I waited but nothing happened. I am not surprised that how this dealership has 3.7 ratings. I am so done.
