Hyundai dealerships near me (Homestead, FL)

Communication very good.

The staff was very professional. The price was done over the phone and did not spend too much time at the dealership. Over all, it was a smooth process

If delivery was part of the process, I might have considered a purchase.

I emailed a request of a buyers order to purchase a car to Mauro, never got it after several requests and was contacted by a Vanessa who reached out and said we will work on it right away- several emails later still no real response They only wanted me to drive 50 miles down to most likely waste my time. I have bought 3 new cars in the past 6 months and am quite familiar with the process,

Some of the worst communication I have ever experienced in my life. I have bought so many cars and never have I experienced a dealership like this where you have to practically sell the car to yourself. They never get back to you. I’ve been asking for pictures of the car for a week straight and cannot get anybody to send them. Horrible.

Dealer responded to my inquiry. The added fees they put on the car made it too expensive.

I have very good impression about this dealer.

Poor communication, takes them 7 days to say they sent the car to auction. No sales manager ever called me.
