Wow! This was the best for buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was wonderful from the sales people to the finance department. Super chill and super straightforward.

Metro Hyundai was very helpful and forthcoming with information. Marcus, my salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If he didnt know the answer to one of my questions, he was quick to say so and quick to be resourceful and find an answer for me. I cannot say enough of what a good experience I had during the process, with Marcus and Metro Hyundai.

Dealer gave me a good deal on this Jetta and a fair price on my trade in. I recommend this dealership and auto group for a pleasant buying experience

Drive 2 hrs to see vehicle ready to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy. Didn’t look like the picture posted. The salesman couldn’t answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Very dissatisfied and waste of time.

The dealer listed the price for the car and then added about $6000 in extras that they said they would not take out. When we talked on the phone they said that they could negotiate any add-ons. They also did not tell us that the car had a recall that made them not be able to allow the car off the lot until it was fixed. We kept asking for a timeline for the recall to be fixed. They kept stalling and trying to negotiate pricing. In the end they finally admitted there was no timeline for the recall to be fixed and they could not allow the car to leave the lot until the recall was fixed. It is disappointing that they list a price online and do not mention add-ons like ceramic coating, a $2000 car alarm, and other extras that total $6000. This seems to be a standard Hyundai dealership trick, as we had the same issue with another Hyundai dealership.
