Everything was as promised. Audrey helped via texts to get everything ready prior to my coming in. When I got there she was busy with another customer so Matt stepped in to finish the deal with no delays. Overall no problems. Good price on the car and good customer service.

Despite multiple to ask about an offer via email, no response. When I finally reached someone by phone they were immediately surely when I asked why the car was significantly higher priced than Edmunds suggested then agent hung up. I see why so many reviews of Columbia are negative.

They were unprofessional. They didn't reach out when they were supposed to. They didn't let me know anything. They kept saying they were going to reach out and contact me and let me know about. I had to find out about the price calling myself then he didn't copy our IDs or driver license. Nothing when we came up there wasting our time. I had to pay for rides all the way out to Fairfield and he had no care because he didn't contact me back. Let me know the price job or didn't even try to sell me the car I came up there for or any other car and he didn't tell me if I was approved or not approved. I don't even know what was going on and I asked questions and he just told me to put 30% down and when I came up with most of the money he didn't communicate. So to me they're very unprofessional

I ended up buying my car with them. Excellent service and communication.

Andre is a very helpful sales rep. The vehicle is went to purchase was sold but he helped me find a good alternative.
