My experience was great with everything start to finish.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership, from the sales person to the sales manager....in my opinion the salesperson was very deceiving on our all day text messages agreeing pretty much to what I wanted, but when I talked to him on the phone and said I would be in the next day to purchase he completely backtracked on earlier messages...It was fine if they didn't want to do my deal, but he should have been upfront at the beginning and not wasted all my time and HIS. When I talked over the phone to the Sales Manager he did not see anything wrong with his salesperson's deceiving texts that I read back to him. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership as I have purchased many cars and never been mislead so much.

If I could rate this 100 I would! Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! I was just browsing online and they dealership called me and was very helpful, upfront and HONEST. I lived 4 hours away and they assured me if I made that trip that I would drive away in the vehicle I wanted, and I done just that. The process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced with no issues. They even called every week since my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my vehicle. Definitely recommend and will never shop anywhere else other than Steele!
