Hyundai reaching out and their willingness to help, was non existent. Unfortunately, after working with Brian and Elle, I left feeling like there wasn’t much effort to earn my business. The numbers presented and the overall experience gave me the impression that there wasn’t much flexibility, so I’ve decided to continue my search elsewhere. I was ready to buy, but I also need to feel confident that I’m being treated fairly and transparently. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out, and I wish you and your team the best.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership, from the sales person to the sales manager....in my opinion the salesperson was very deceiving on our all day text messages agreeing pretty much to what I wanted, but when I talked to him on the phone and said I would be in the next day to purchase he completely backtracked on earlier messages...It was fine if they didn't want to do my deal, but he should have been upfront at the beginning and not wasted all my time and HIS. When I talked over the phone to the Sales Manager he did not see anything wrong with his salesperson's deceiving texts that I read back to him. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership as I have purchased many cars and never been mislead so much.

We came to view 1 car only which had mechanical issues. The 2nd and 3rd suggested vehicles in that price range had major issues as well. I felt so sorry for Faith our salesperson. She tried so hard to help us but it was not her fault that the cars that were listed were not ready. If I was buying a new car I would recommend Faith without a doubt.
