Dealerships near me (Hurricane, UT)

I live out of state and was texting and calling a sales guy named Josh regarding a truck on the lot. He promised me day after day to provide more info and pics and did not. I had to keep reaching out to him and bugging him. The photos in the listing of the truck do not reflect the torn seats and other damage. Once I let him know I was not interested in paying that price for a truck with those issues, he never responded back by saying "let me see if I can get that price down for you", or "okay no problem, let me know if you need anything else" or "Thank you for the inquiriy" or anything of the sort... just silence. Horrible customer service.

From the very beginning, the communication was excellent and transparent. Ignacio was attentive and patient with our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured. The car was in the condition described. We highly recommend them.

Very helpful and professional
