Never spoke to anyone

I reached out to this dealer and tried to set up a time to look at the vehicle, on the day we scheduled, no one would answer the phone, I left avm, texted them and emailed. No communication back. I wanted to buy the vehicle and the dealership was about an hour from my house and wanted to confirm before I drove an hour. Still to this day no one has returned my calls. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Arriving the dealership and was met at the door which I thought was nice till the dealer couldn't find the keys, the couldn't find the car and when the car was found the battery was dead. So I couldn't test drive, now there was another car of intrest yet it took forever for the dealer to get the car so we left.

Great experience. Larry was honest and very helpful. The process was smooth and fast. Best experience compared to any other dealer. Friendly and helpful. We love our new Honda.
