The sales staff dealt with were absolutely perfect. The manager, Ron, on the other hand, presented himself horribly and extremely arrogant. Im sure if we were looking at a new vehicle it would have been different. But being it was used, it was no concern to him. Certainly would not spend a cent in this dealership due to him alone.

called about a vehicle for sale said car was having a radio installed. called back 3 times each time was told they'll call me when it's ready. never got a call back will never deal with them ever again

Fred at JoyRide was great to work with throughout the process. Even on Memorial Day, when the dealership was technically closed, he went out of his way to send me extra pictures, videos, inspection sticker information, tire tread photos, and answer all my questions before I made the long drive out. Once I arrived, they let me thoroughly inspect and test-drive the RX350 with no pressure. We had a misunderstanding afterward regarding some financing paperwork, but Fred immediately called me back, explained everything clearly, and resolved it professionally. So far, I’m very happy with the Lexus and appreciate the extra effort and customer service.

I made an appointment to look at a vehicle, I had two salesmen reach out to me about the vehicle I was interested in. I got to the dealership the next day which is a 50min drive one way. The vehicle was not on the lot it was at a different dealership getting work done. I drove all the way up there for nothing! They wasted my time and fuel. Why wouldn’t they verify the vehicle was on the lot when they reached out to me they just said they still had it. I would never look there again
