I had a great experience with the salesperson who helped me. They were professional, easy to work with, and made the car-buying process simple and stress-free.

They were very nice and very informative, would definitely buy from them again.

Initial response was non-existent from the dealer, finally had to give up and call them myself. Unfortunately they weren't familiar with the government EV incentive. Different person at the dealership did follow up a few days later through text message, but the outcome was the same.

At this dealership they tried to help me with buying my dream car , but I guess they didn't liked my credit score,witch was up to 600 and I was willing to put 1000 down but they didn't approved me , so I didn't buy it

Wilsonville Toyota lost a sale by confusing “no bull pricing” with refusing to acknowledge reality. Yes, the price was clearly stated. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the car was badly overpriced for what it actually was. This 2014 Lexus RX 350 had high mileage, visible door damage, and a vehicle history that didn’t pass the smell test—yet it was listed as having no accidents. That claim didn’t line up with the history I reviewed or with what was plainly visible on the car. When those issues were raised, there was zero interest in discussion. Just rigid talking points and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, as if repeating “no bull pricing” magically makes an unrealistic price fair. Transparency isn’t a virtue if the information being presented doesn’t match the car sitting on the lot. They didn’t lose the sale because I tried to negotiate—they lost it because they refused to acknowledge obvious problems. Buyer beware.
