Told them I’d buy the car and they told me okay I got my loan out and down payment and told them as soon as they opened Monday only for them to tell me that another salesman sold it to another person 🤦‍♂️

How about the staff respond to emails about vehicles someone has interest in.. then let's talk.. horrible experience.. even got an email from the "manager" saying how they pride themselves on customer service.. its been 3 days since i provided a response/inquiry. and they wonder why their vehicles can't be sold and don't move..

told them i would get the loan from navy fed. credit union .when i got the money they said the car was gone . 2 days later after i told them i would take it.i will never do business with a dealer like this,

Had a great experience. Day, my sales agent, was fantastic. Did most of the communication over the phone and was able to get a great feel for the car. Once I decided on the car, I was able to come into town a few days later and pick it up.

I was told car was in good condition only to get there to see it was trash. Nothing worked in the car. The tires were extremely bald. Should be against the law to sell something in that condition.
