We traveled 100 miles to test drive a BMW 5 series. The dealership was cognizant of our time and travel. The car was as advertised, my wife decided that she wanted an SUV instead so our process was cut short. We were treated very well.

We worked with Blake who was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Pierce was also available and was very helpful as well! I ordered a cargo cover and got it in a few days. The parts man was very nice as well. All the staff was very pleasant and friendly! We are very happy with our new Acura RDX and the professionalism of Bergstrom Acura! We will definitely be back.
