Contacted the dealer to inquire about this vehicle. Sent another message to let them know we would be coming to look at it from approximately 4 hours away. Dealer confirmed. We were about 3 1/2 hours into our trip and dealer messaged that it had been sold that morning.

I had a really good experience with auto union. I was able to get pretty much everything done over the phone because I had a very long drive to get there. I was at the dealership for maybe an hour and half for the test drive and paper work.

The experience with the Family First team was amazing. No pressure , no pushy salesman and no nonsense. Sarah reached out and offered the information requested , answered all questions and understood I wasn’t quite ready to buy yet. I haven’t bought a vehicle yet but the way they’ve interacted with me was so different than the other dealerships that sure enough when I’m ready to purchase my vehicle, I will be going back to see them.
