I’ve talked to two salesmen and none wanted to help me. I made an offer on the vehicle and Maria Zavalas responded with just no. Didn’t even try a counter offer. She said that the price was as low as it will get. Since then the price has gone down almost 2 grand. I asked to speak to a manager and none has called me.

I was looking at a vehicle online but seen on carfax that vehicle had a dent from accident. I asked car salesman if the dent was bad and if it was going to be repaired. Was told later that the dent was repaired and told to drive to dealership and test drive. Drove a hour and half after work and arrived near closing. It was dark when test driving and car is black so naturally didn't see the dent hadn't been repaired as told prior. Was rushed to sign all forms and nothing was ever explained to me as to what I was signing because I was on phone with insurance company. I never received any copies of paperwork I was rushed to sign and even contacted them to see who and where to make my first car payment and still haven't received a reply. Nothing was discussed, no information given and its been a month since purchase. And, I still haven't even received my registration sticker as told. Lack of communication, deceiving, and unfriendly. I would not recommend buying here

Prime Motor Co was great to work with. I live in Austin Texas so it was a bit of a drive, but I was looking at 2500’s for a while till I found this one. All their trucks are super clean, they are respectful, not pushy and knowledgeable. They made everything easy and even stayed late so I could pick my truck up cause my commute there was long. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Owner was honest and professional.
