Did not go. Online price was 20k different than the price they told me. It was 20k higher than Han online listed price.

I was looking at a vehicle online but seen on carfax that vehicle had a dent from accident. I asked car salesman if the dent was bad and if it was going to be repaired. Was told later that the dent was repaired and told to drive to dealership and test drive. Drove a hour and half after work and arrived near closing. It was dark when test driving and car is black so naturally didn't see the dent hadn't been repaired as told prior. Was rushed to sign all forms and nothing was ever explained to me as to what I was signing because I was on phone with insurance company. I never received any copies of paperwork I was rushed to sign and even contacted them to see who and where to make my first car payment and still haven't received a reply. Nothing was discussed, no information given and its been a month since purchase. And, I still haven't even received my registration sticker as told. Lack of communication, deceiving, and unfriendly. I would not recommend buying here

After reviewing the car fax with the attendent, I think the car was owned by more than the people they say. The windshield had a hole in it too. The interior looked like the pics but the rest was not prepped. She mentioned that it was purchased at auction, I wonder if they put it out as is. I noticed another person inquiring about a civic that also had issues specifically with a window that wouldn't go down she mentioned it and was shutdown, she was told that it was an easy fix. I wonder if it was even inspected before being placed for sale. The vehicle I went to see was almost 16k.

Prime Motor Co was great to work with. I live in Austin Texas so it was a bit of a drive, but I was looking at 2500’s for a while till I found this one. All their trucks are super clean, they are respectful, not pushy and knowledgeable. They made everything easy and even stayed late so I could pick my truck up cause my commute there was long. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Staff was extremely attentive, responding to questions and addressing concerns. The entire shopping experience from shopping, pricing, financing occurred with minimal stress.

Our salesman Geno was great. He was helpful. But when the other salesman he never called back. Didn’t tell Is anything about financing. He dropped the ball and I would never buy a car from them now.
