Honda dealerships near me (Palm Springs, CA)

Staff was friendly and had good energy so I had high hopes that the dealership model had evolved and would be a pleasant experience. Nope. They could not listen. Back and forth between sales and finance dept is really annoying when all i wanted was to look at the interior. Three people met me and heard the same story but all of them had their own interpretation of what i wanted. It was needlessly drawn out and confusing for all. It would have been nice if the sales guy just took me straight to the vehicle for a 10 minute look.

The pricecwas not availabe. I had to contact the dealship. I also requested the history. Carfax history was quesionable. The asking price in my opinion was a little high for thevyear of the car. The sales team did respond promptly with my request.

Wasted my time going back with Ethan Madrid all day. Trying to make a deal after they added $4,000 in fees which didn’t exist finally decided to follow threw had financing threw my own bank they still insisted on running my credit. I had financing threw my own bank when the time came to purchase they tell me the car is sold but it’s still listed never seen a dealership who didn’t want to sale some one a car such losers wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone fees are outrageous.They rather hold on to cars to find someone who’s dumb enough to fall for there fees $2,000 for a alarm that was supposedly added. Such a joke
