I was contacted immediately and received several phone calls. After providing all of my information I was told I’d receive a call back/ text and never heard anything. The car has since sold I believe. Missed out on a good deal.

I asked for price details of a vehicle, did not hear back for two days and by the time I did. It was a message saying the car in question had sold. So I never even got the time of day from the team my message was sent to. Literally got one message saying my message was forwarded to the other department and guess they didn't think I was important enough to in those two days, to give me the details I asked for.

Great, communicative, friendly and personable. We did most communicating online or through text so it was pretty easy in and out once we showed up at the dealership. Quick test drive, signed the papers and done. We would definitely buy another car from Starling
