From the moment I responded on CarGurus inquiring about the availability of the car it was smooth and quick. Within 2 minutes of submitting the request I was contacted by the dealership and within 15 minutes I was sent a video of the specific car and a test drive was scheduled, once there we was taken care of like we had purchased multiple vehicles in the past but this was our first time there. Within a few hours we was driving home in the new car and the trade in process was painless no haggling on price, it was fair for both parties, great service, great experience, if I'm ever in the market for a new vehicle I will definitely be looking at Jeff Wyler websites. Salesman, finance all was very professional and appreciated by myself and wife. Thank you for treating us like a true customer.

Made a tentative appointment to look at the van. I told them when I would be in the Cincinnati area. The day I went, they texted me that the van was in the body shop getting the hood repainted because of scratches. Clean CarFax. No mention of needed body work in the CarGurus ad.

Waiting on finance office was a joke, took forever. Started working deal with another dealership and then miraculously got into finance office. Sales person was not organized and came back to us several times for same information. Things that were on the certified list, which they make you sign and initial, were not the same within the vehicle. Sales person was supposed to follow up to replace missing item and never did. Called manager and never got call back.

The dealership responded very quickly and answered all of my questions without being too pushy.

Spoke with Corey regarding this car. Had an appointment scheduled to see the car but called to verify on our way there…and Corey had said it was in the shop and couldn’t be seen at that time. It needed to have paint repaired. It spent several days in the shop…we were told they were behind. We tried to go see it many times!! We checked in daily…sometimes twice…to be sure to see this car…only to have it sold right out from under us. We were promised that we would be the first to see the car as soon as it was out of the shop. I discovered it was sold online. No one bothered to even tell us…despite frequent communication and promises to be the first to see it. One person said it was sold sight unseen while it was in the shop…the “manager” said the work was completed this morning and was shown to someone who subsequently purchased the car. Not sure who is telling the truth. I will NEVER go to this dealership for any purchases! A root canal would be a better experience than this
