I ended up buying the 2027 Honda HR-V. It was the best buying experience ever. Nick got the test drive set up. Easy and quick. I did the test drive on the Kona with Chris. I liked it. I did not love it. Chris picked up on my mentioning (several times) how much I loved my CR-V. I did not want a CR-V sized vehicle anymore. Chris asked if an HR-V suited my needs better. I looked at it and told him that was more my speed. I LOVE this car! After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. Chris did not pressure me and I did not buy a car that day. I did, however decide it was the perfect car for me a couple of days later and pulled the trigger. They had it all cleaned up and filled with gas when I got there. The process was quick and easy. No hard sells, and no pressure to add on . I got what I wanted with no pressure on anything. I have never had a better experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me happy.
