Was contacted by a sales rep after expressing interest in a car I liked. Scheduled an in person viewing of the vehicle with every intention of buying the car that same day. I drove over an hour to see the car only to be told the car was not at the dealership and hadn't been inspected for sale yet. On top of that, the salesperson whom I had the appointment with was not available to come speak with us, instead the info was relayed by another salesperson. After that, there was never any further follow up or apology from the dealership. Very poor customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend the same if you value customer service and professionalism when purchasing a vehicle.
