We had such a good experience with this dealership. Everyone was super friendly and never pushy at all. The vehicle I originally went to look at had just sold, but I found another SUV there that I liked. They had literally just gotten it in, so it wasn’t ready to go yet, but they still made the whole process easy. They let me take home a brand new truck to drive in the meantime, and when that truck sold while I had it, they drove 2.5 hours to me just to swap it out for another one. They’re also going to make the drive again to deliver my SUV once it’s finished and pick up the loaner. I really appreciate how accommodating and easy they’ve been to work with. Definitely one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had.

Everyone was helpful. Car was there. They made a significant repair at no cost to me so that the car ran as I expected during the purchase. After I took car home, it drove great but then I found the backup camera was not working. They are in the process of me taking the car back for the repair. They have been totally communicative during this entire process. Great to work with.

Shiann Knowles was not helpful. I tried explaining I have a trade in and provided detailed information about it and my worry about credit. I was told by Ms Knowles she couldn’t receive photos through email and asked for an updated number to reach me on so I can send the photos. I never heard anything back from Ms Knowles currently it’s day four (8/9/26) no answer back from her.

Very good communication. I did not purchase the vehicle, that had nothing to do with the dealership.
