I didnt want to waist my time and drive 80 miles for seemingly inept service. I got calls at first sudmitted docs and then it must not have been a appealing offer because it was someone else a week later asking if i might want to come in to test drive the same car and fill out their finance papers(again) so i explsined id already filed the application and sent required docs at which i said id like to know my options...said goodnight shed let me know the next day..still nothing and the sombody else calls me today, leaves a voicemail like i never taked to the other teammembers nor filed all the pre approved to get to the next point at which filed the finance at so they can ship you over to the bank and provided my information driver's license Etc, overall I am done with these fake pre-qualification presentations and then they don't even contact you on the vehicle that you were inquiring about after the initial contact

I won’t be going back to this dealership. I filled out the ‘interested in’ form and was contacted by several sales people throughout the day. After filling out the financial information I wasn’t contacted by their credit department as stated. Even after Ashley texted me that she flagged it and they’d call. I received a phone call from Andy to come look at the car also letting him know that I was driving an hour to get there. Upon arrival I found out the check engine light was on and they never checked the code because “we don’t have a reader for a smart car,” which is a normal OBM reader. Trusting car salesmen is hard and being lied to so easily is even harder. Financing ended up not going thru for a few reasons which would’ve be great to hear from the finance team before even going in as promised. Overall I don’t trust this dealership, at least for used or foreign vehicles, I was looking at a Smart car.

I would not recommend buying from this dealership based on my experience. I went to test drive a black Toyota Corolla listed for $22,656. During my inspection, I noticed that the body panel near the headlight was separating from the car. It appeared as though it may have been repaired or glued back together, which raised concerns about the vehicle's condition. Because of this, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. I encourage anyone considering a vehicle from this dealership to inspect it carefully before buying.

Very professional people, Nick, Shawn and Josh were great and Nick went the extra mile to help me with something extra that wasn’t even related to the sale. Looks like a clean and professional environment, I would definitely go there again.
