I was a little hesitant, but after reaching out to see if the vehicle was available, I received a phone call within 45 minutes and they walked me through the process gave me whatever information I asked for were very transparent about everything so much so that within 24 hours of being contacted by the dealership, the loan application was filled out, and I was approved. Shipping rate was. More than reasonable. I am very pleased and excited. I’ve never had such a good experience at a car dealership and I didn’t even have to set Foot in the dealership.

I was approved as I sat at the dealership I was given a down payment amount and a note amount. Then the finance manager was saying something about seeing if I can get in a program that’ll lower my down payment. I ended up needing a co-signer I was told they was looking do they income because I’m Off work do the summer so it’s a gap and they could not use my employment. My sister definitely has the income the finance manager told her when she did her info the it looks good. I ended up having to call multiple times to see what the outcome was and it ended up being that all of a sudden I wasn’t approved but I was approved the prior day. That same day I went to another dealership and I paid the deposit they told me I needed and my monthly payments are what they told me it was going to be
