⭐ **1-Star Review** Very disappointed with my experience at this Ford dealership. The staff was not helpful and did not make any real effort to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. I believe they could have done much better to work with me and find a solution. Unfortunately, I left feeling like they did not value my business.

I bought 2026 Equinox. Love it! Great customer service from Kirk and team.

Sent me photos of a Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD 4x4 and once was in the garage being repaired then sent photo of dirty ass truck and motor / engine filled with dirt from one end to the other.

I didn't even get a response from this dealership

The staff at John Megel Ford was extremely helpful in our purchase of a used car. Specifically, Skylar and Tyler were courteous, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. The shop even fixed two minor issues while I worked on the paperwork. Everything they promised was accurate and there was no pressure even when we had no extras to offer them. We paid cash and denied all warranties and were still treated like a valued customer. This was not our experience while shopping at other dealers. Happy to recommend these guys.
