Shiann Knowles was not helpful. I tried explaining I have a trade in and provided detailed information about it and my worry about credit. I was told by Ms Knowles she couldn’t receive photos through email and asked for an updated number to reach me on so I can send the photos. I never heard anything back from Ms Knowles currently it’s day four (8/9/26) no answer back from her.

Everyone was helpful. Car was there. They made a significant repair at no cost to me so that the car ran as I expected during the purchase. After I took car home, it drove great but then I found the backup camera was not working. They are in the process of me taking the car back for the repair. They have been totally communicative during this entire process. Great to work with.
