The sales person was friendly and helpful. The 2 trucks were looked at several items needed attention. Their policy purchase as is, the way we understood it. [For at least most things when safety was at risk.] We thought the finance portion for me was a tough sale. Charged $1000 mor than advertised cost if I finance away from the dealership, not my idea of good business.

Very smooth process! 12 hours away from dealership and Travis was very upfront and helpful! I buy a lot of cars out of state and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had! I was picked up at the airport and once at the dealership, they had me on the road in 10 minutes!!

Helpful and kind

They contacted me back quickly. Unfortunately we did not buy from them. The salesman was honest about smelling a faint smoke smell in the vehicle. So we didn’t waste our time driving over an hour there.

Drove over four hours round trip to look at this vehicle as they stated they could take my vehicle as a trade and had financing, the ad also said pricing flexibility. Upon arrival they wouldn’t make an offer on my vehicle for trade. When I asked about financing he stated that their bank wasn’t good and charged over 12% as well as not financing the entire cost of the vehicle even with excellent credit. I finally asked about the price flexibility and he wouldn’t budge just complained that he had over $9K in the vehicle already. I had worked out a full loan with my bank before going up for 7% for the full price. The trip was a total waste of time and after not budging g on price, offering anything for my vehicle and the inability to finance asked me to put a deposit on it before I left. Unbelievable, will never use this dealer again!

The experience was great, I was able to do everything online and they deliver my vehicle to my home.
