Didn't buy from them because the car became unavailable due to recall issues, but they were very open, honest, and quick on communication. Will consider them in the future.

Stay clear!! They are dishonest about the condition of their vehicles, I asked them what is the condition, I was told like new. Not the car I saw the car looked like someone went curb jumping, broken trim etc. they said it was used so what did I expect. I expected the condition they presented would be like new. It was a nightmare! Everyone was rude and on some pedestal like they had the moral high ground. Smug, rude, and dishonest!

Prime Motor Co was great to work with. I live in Austin Texas so it was a bit of a drive, but I was looking at 2500’s for a while till I found this one. All their trucks are super clean, they are respectful, not pushy and knowledgeable. They made everything easy and even stayed late so I could pick my truck up cause my commute there was long. Couldn’t recommend them more.
