Car was there as described. It was pulled up with them waiting on me.

The car wasn’t there when I went there. Spoke to a salesman and he said they do not offer financing at all. Was very short with me after that statement and said I should just go to my bank get the loan and by that time the car should be back. The other two vehicles I was looking at were there but the VW was not available due to it has transmission issues and they have to get that repaired. Well then why are you even advertising it? That made me worried. I understand cheap and used cars. But I don think you should be advertising for a product that isn’t at least road worthy.

Dealer responded but we couldn’t come together on price

We had a great experience at Ancira Patriot Buick GMC. Everyone…absolutely everyone was cordial and flat out friendly with smiles too. Our salesperson Michael Blount was outstanding and sent us a vehicle history report and a video of the SUV we were interested in looking at. Michael was prompt, professional and friendly! He made our experience seamless and there were no high pressure tactics at all. We appreciate the exceptional experience we had at this dealership. We highly recommend Ancira Patriot Buick GMC!

Nice salesman but the dealership was too far away

I don’t buy any car because it was expense for me, but this people was very nice.

The team at the dealership is very helpful empathetic to my situation in reacting to such. I haven’t bought a car yet from them, but my feeling is is that it will happen in the not too distant future.

I did visit the dealership as I put car buying on hold, however they were extremely responsive.
