The initial salesmen i was paired with was very nice and easy to deal with but after i gave them all my info and a deposit on the truck to be held until i could make the 7 hour round trip to get it later in the week, i began to get BOMBARDED and basically harassed by at least five different people from the dealership by phone and text, multiple times a day about when i was coming etc. The final straw was receiving a phone call at 8am by yet another person being brought in on the deal, i finally had enough and told them if they bothered me one more time about it I would cancel the deposit. Sure enough not even three hours after being called at 8am i got yet another call from yet another person at the dealership wondering the status of pickup etc so I requested my deposit back and I’ll never do business with them again nor will i recommend them to anyone. Never have I ever been harassed like that by a dealership.

Waoo hey this is miguel is just took a one business day just returning a call in five minutes they are super super attendance getting back as soon as possible super great this family is what I call a real deal thankyou so much for attending to me thankyou guys .

Miraculously the car was sold minutes before we came to see it. I understand they can’t hold cars but it seems it’s always- “we JUST sold it”. Ok!!
