Going to dealership next week!

They never even contacted me at all not even to say this car was available or not. So I can’t rate at all.

Owner was transparent, and very helpful since he himself is a mechanic. He let me know what to watch out for and to call him whenever we needed anything.

Chris Max and Michael are not professional. I made the mistake of believing their ad. I submitted my credit application and allegedly got an approval (on a Saturday morning). That Monday I took time offf work and drove down about 1.5 hours to go test drive the vehicle. It was not available. I was given some story about it being out for a radio replacement. I found that odd because we had just discussed the car two days prior. I waited in the lobby to speak with max. I was told he would be out in 15 minutes. 40 minutes goes by and not even a meet and greet, no introduction-nothing. I left. The next day I called to follow up. I spoke with chris and he said the car was back in house and he had actually taken it to go pick up lunch(just weird). I asked for further clarification on the approval process and as to what happens next. He said to contact Max. I called Max and he said the car did in fact need still need a radio replacement. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!
