No one even came with me on the test drive because most of their employees were taking a smoke break. The photos did not show any of the pretty terrible smoke damage, and there was 0 prep for the truck. A nut was missing on the passenger side door. Pretty easy fix. But no attention given to it, so every time you opened the door, it would go CLACK CLACK. An error code on the dash I asked about, but they knew nothing about. When I asked why they listed it over 40% market value when it was not near excellent condition, they just told me they wouldn’t budge on the price. So I stood to leave. The guy got upset, told me to leave (lol), and followed me out. He was so upset, when he moved the truck where I parked it, he nearly hit another porter who was moving another car. We didn’t even get to a possible trade-in. Don’t go. Don’t go. Don’t go.

Was lied straight to my face about the upkeep on the car. They took it next door to fix a light that was out and had them put a sticker in the front window saying that the oil had been changed. 2 days later I took it to have a tune up done and the oil was completely black! I had to have brakes put on it and ball joints. They power washed under the hood! Had a sign up saying that you have to have your own mechanic check the car, but they didn’t let that happen they had you sign a paper saying you refused to have it checked. Waited an hour after they opened for someone to show up. Was there for almost 5 hours. Was told they couldn’t approve me for the car. Opened my phone applied to get a loan for the car and was approved in less than 1 minute. He tried saying I had bad credit. I was like nope mine is excellent. He was upset because he wanted me to pay cash for the vehicle and drew up the paperwork for it to be paid in cash.

They changed the price when they knew I wanted the car. I bought it anyway. Assured me they would deliver the car on Monday. I had to iniciate contact on Monday. They said they would call me back. They did not. I picked the car up myself.

The sales rep was great and honest with his explanation but the vehicles has cause to concern . sales rep is great

Friendly staff. They were prepared for my visit. The vehicle I liked did end up getting sold, however they located me a similar model and made things easy.

I can't say enough good things about this place, Jenny was promt to respond and book us an appointment from our interest in the vehicle online, it was brought to the front of the lot when we arrived. The test drive was great and the vehicle didnt disappoint, she was quick to value our trade (high miles not worth alot) but got us the most for it. We were given several different financing options. Once we decided to buy, the process was quick and easy just a few taps on a tablet, all the staff at Performance Honda were courteous and patient. The car was cleaned and filled up with fuel once all the papers were signed we were out the door on our way home happy. Well worth the drive from Hanover, Indiana would most definitely shop/buy there again Thanks Cargurus and Thanks Jenny and everyone we dealt with at Performance Honda

Not satisfied. Over the phone call they agreed for discount but when I go there they’ve added miscellaneous charges and that too with high APRs. And car was not that great and overpriced.
