Jim the owner, was very nice and friendly. He was very fast in responding. I went out to test drive a 2008 Jeep. The jeep's description on the listing was very accurate. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. They gave us a 3000 mile or 3 month warranty. I've never had a small used car lot offer a warranty. I've been very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Rosewood Auto Sales to my friends and family.

The second the salesperson brought out the battery charger I’m pretty sure my jaw dropped! It was like it was no big deal and it was a daily thing! I purposely did not make an appointment for reasons like that! The windshield was cracked, vehicle was filthy. Ran out of there.

Gave me a vehicle I cant even drive. All the hoses are dry rotted. Leaks everywhere. When I called Nina to get help she gave me the runaround on 2 phone calls and stop answering altogether. They won't make it right. They haven't answered my calls or texts in two weeks. Only drive the van 1 day and it's been sitting for 2 1/2 weeks now like a huge paperweight. Took all my money I had and left me stranded with no vehicle. Lost my job and everything. And I'm a two tour combat veteran. Happy Veterans Day to me right?
