They were responsive when I was inquiring about the vehicle. But based on some of the reviews - I’m not confident in the reliability of a car 18 years old, and the potential issues in the near future. They weren’t interested in budging on the listed price, and didn’t address/respond to those concerns - instead offered me an older car with “similar mileage”

They reached out to me, however my situation changed and did not purchase the car.

First time trying to purchase a car and they made it very easy and smooth. I was extremely happy with the help they displayed, the Russian guy (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was the nicest and most helpful person. I went to him to set up the whole thing. I was able to pay for and drive my car away within a matter of days. Have only had this car for a couple full days but it's the cutest thing and I'm so happy to be able to have it. I really appreciate this experience, no problems at all!
