Excellent would buy from again

Dealer was fine, just poor timing for me with the trade-in.

Bought my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 4MATIC from this dealership, very quick and efficient service, love my car.

I contacted the dealer to inquire about the vehicle and also came to test drive the vehicle. The sales person was very nice and the vehicle was excellent. We couldn't come to agreement on the out the door price, including all fees. The number presented was much higher than what I wanted to pay for it. I didn't buy it that day. Got a follow up email from the General Manager several weeks later. I asked the sales person if there is an absolutely lowest price between their number and mine that they would sell the vehicle for and they won't provide a new number other than the original listing price plus fees, and taxes, which is dispointing as I was ready to buy the vehicle if we can meet in the middle for a 11 year old vehicle that is 94+ days in their inventory. I still watching to see the price adjustment on their listing until it is in my budget and in line with same vehicle in Houston area for less $$. Nice sales people. Just not sure how agressive or competitive they want to be.

Talked to a sales manager the evening prior regarding this truck, set up an appointment not even 24 hours later, drove over an hour, and the truck wasn’t even there. They loaned it out to someone else despite all of the efforts and transparency on my end. Tried to upsell me a different truck after they couldn’t get the initial one back. This dealership has terrible forum and I’m so glad I did not purchase a vehicle there. Found the same truck in a different color elsewhere for 5k less than their pricing.
