Super easy transaction. Maggie stayed over to make sure we could come see the car and complete our purchase the same day. Car was clean. And ready for test drive when we arrived.

I had made several inquiries with different Representatives over a 3-day period and ultimately after the fourth day they told me the car was sold. Not only was it sold they told me that it went to an auction company that buys cars from them. In other words if I wanted to buy the car now I'd have to buy it and pay a different dealer for a higher price than I had originally saw online fr9m Ricart. In my original call, the Rep insisted that I make an offer on the car they had posted on thier website. I had asked him can you just give me the best price and let's be done with it? He said give me your offer and I'll take it to my team and let you know if they accept it. I gave him an offer and never heard back. I even called the next morning and multiple times after and spoke to other Representatives. I received emails from the AI email system, telling me over those several days that my offer was being reviewed. It was all a lie. I found another vehicle online.

Buyer beware! Our first salesperson was great. Made a deal with her, another gentleman took over the deal. Would not honor the first deal and tried to lowball on the trade. Worked out in the end, bought another Jeep from a local dealer!

Car had an issue that they said they would take care of. I called twice to get status & per them it was still in the shop. They said they would get back with me but never did. Not happy with them at all. I went elsewhere
