After three emails, they sent a general information email. No follow up

bait and switch operation. they did not want to honor the listed price. They put all sorts of conditions to get to that price and even when I did met all of them they greatly undercut my trade, fudged the numbers to the point where a worksheet showed 41k price with 11k for my trade and the out the door still being 40K. bait and switch

We drove from Tulsa to see a vehicle listed within our budget, but the experience was very disappointing. At first, they couldn’t even find the car. When they finally brought it out, the associate himself admitted that “this car doesn’t run well.” From the outside, we could see it shaking, the check engine light and tire light were on, and it even had a spare tire mounted. Instead of showing us another option or trying to understand our needs, the focus immediately shifted to pushing financing. One salesperson was even aggressive and inappropriate, making us feel like we were “naïve” for wanting to pay cash or stick to our budget, and insisted the solution was to finance a $20,000 car—completely outside of what we were looking for. In the end, we purchased elsewhere. The experience here was terrible: no real effort to help us find the right car, only pressure to take on unnecessary debt.
