My experience with this dealer was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They were dishonest and appeared willing to sell a vehicle with known mechanical issues and malfunctions without properly disclosing them beforehand. I was assured that repairs would be completed before I purchased the car, but after making those promises, they stopped communicating altogether and eventually sold the vehicle to someone else. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership due to the lack of transparency, reliability, and professionalism I experienced.

They were great. I don’t buy a car from them but they were keeping there eye out for me and always responsive

I felt the staff at Northend were friendly, helpful and straight forward. No games or underhandedness. Although I didn’t end up with a car from them this time, I will try them again in the future.

Mark and Mike are extremely knowledgeable and patient with me overtime as I made decisions about buying or not. Also super helpful and transparent with their knowledge of each individual vehicle I test drove! Highly recommended!
